We accept Government issued ID(s) with photograph, and a utility bill, both are needed for us to validate your identity. You can do this by clicking on My Account > Secure Document Upload. Our support team will review and as soon as we have verified your documents you will receive an email from us. You can also use this area to review which documents you have previously uploaded.
